The Colorado Archaeological Society’s annual conference will be held on September 21-23, 2018 in Cortez, Colorado. Conference speakers, including Mark Stiger, Mark Varien, Susan Ryan, Jay Willian, Grant Coffey, Shanna Diederichs, and Kristin Kuckelman, will speak on a variety of topics of interest to professional and avocational archaeologists and students. The banquet speaker is Regina Lopez-Whiteskunk, a member of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe of Towaoc, Colorado, who will talk about Indigenous Living Knowledge.
